Sara Polinsky graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She received her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. Sara has been practicing law exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law, focusing on eligibility for Medi-Cal Long Term Care benefits.
She conducts several seminars and workshops for the general public throughout the Los Angeles area on topics such as “Living Trusts,” “Planning for Incapacity,” “Transferring Property for Long Term Care,” and “Planning for Medi-Cal Long Term Care Eligibility,” as well as in-services and trainings for case managers and social workers.
Sara also volunteers several hours per month, working with various Senior Centers in Los Angeles County to provide free Legal Clinics to the members of those communities. Sara Polinsky is a member of the State Bar of California Trusts and Estates Section, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR).
